Montreal St. Collective
Vintage Finds, Secondhand Gems, and Local Goodies
Montreal St. Collective is one of those dangerous places that’s so close you can smell the adventure from our front door.
It’s a vintage and secondhand shop just down the street from us, filled with beautifully curated finds: vintage clothing, local handmade goods, objects you didn’t know you needed but will now think about for three days if you don’t buy them. The kind of place where you say “I’m just going to look,” and then somehow leave holding a thing you’re already explaining to someone later.
They’re also the folks behind the Montreal Street Vintage Market, which pops up a few times each summer and temporarily turns Montreal Street into the kind of place you wish it always was: closed to traffic, full of local vendors, and buzzing with people carrying coffee, records, clothing, and at least one thing they absolutely did not plan on purchasing. We usually set up outside for those markets too, because saying no to that energy would be un-Canadian.
(We’ll keep you posted when market dates are announced… because yes, you should plan your life around this.)
And here’s the part we’re especially fond of: Montreal St. Collective keeps a crate of records from our store in their shop. Which means if you’re already digging here, you can keep digging there. Think of it as a bonus round. Or fate. Or the universe saying, “You’re not done yet.”
If you like vintage finds, local makers, and the gentle chaos of stumbling into something great while on your way somewhere else, Montreal St. Collective is a must. Just don’t blame us if you come back carrying more than records.
